As broad or as narrow your scope, Lendon brings her considerable experience to working with you towards whatever your goal may be. Are you an amateur without access to a trainer, looking for help even knowing what to work on? Or are you a professional in search of a reliable, keen second opinion? Lendon’s brings to your lesson a breadth of training, from her Olympic showings and training of top-flight professionals in the field, to working with the youngest of beginners and helping them build a foundation they can depend on. Simply submit your 10-20 minute video (either online or by mail) and we will arrange a suitable time for a telephone conference call with you and Lendon. After reviewing your footage, Lendon will provide her feedback and discuss with you whatever questions or concerns you might have.
